Training Facilities a. The Operator shall set up training facilities (the “Training Institute”), no later than the [insert number of days] of the Execution Date, for training of staff in accordance with the provisions of this Contract;
Training Facilities. The following principles apply to the training facilities, such as study time and study costs: − Work instruction for the current job takes place during working hours; − As a general rule, the employer pays costs related to training for the employee's current or next position; − The employer and the employee jointly contribute to the costs and study time for preventive training, i.e. training aimed at preventing the employee from losing their job in the future. At least half of the time required for this type of training is working hours. − If the employee's position ceases to exist as a result of a reorganisation, the employer pays the costs of following a training course for another position. In addition, the training is done during working hours if possible.
Training Facilities. Training to the FRANCHISEE and its personnel will provided by TSTS TSTS shall at its sole option and discretion provide additional facilities to the FRANCHISEE depending upon several factors which include without limitation market potentiality of the area of operation of the CENTRE, strategic importance of the area for TSTS, requirement of the FRANCHISEE, needs of the customers of TSTS etc.
Training Facilities. In the event of any requirement for the training of the employees/executives/ personnel, of the SDP-MSC, MPOnline shall on their own discretion provide such training to the employee/executives/ personnel at an extra cost to the SDP-MSC. MPOnline shall at its sole option and discretion provide additional facilities to the SDP-MSC depending upon several factors which include without limitation market potentiality of the area of operation of the SDP-MSC, strategic importance of the area for MPOnline, requirement of the SDP-MSC, needs of the customers of MPOnline etc. MPOnline may provide training to the personnel engaged or employed by the SDP-MSC at its request at an extra cost to the SDP-MSC.
Training Facilities. B.4.1. Training will be conducted in facilities owned or operated by the Host State.

Thereafter, OneSoft-furnished materials for employee training will be charged at OneSoft's cost (as defined in the Training Plan). OneSoft-furnished materials for end-user training will be charged at OneSoft's cost (as defined in the Training Plan) plus **** percent (**%).. USWeb/CKS agrees to provide OneSoft 30 days notice for the use of such facilities and shall not exceed agreed to capacity projections as set forth in the Training Plan.
Training Facilities. The lecture and hands-on training location is to be determined by agreement of the parties based on customer need. Scheduling is tentative upon confirmation.
