Common use of Initiation Fees Clause in Contracts

Initiation Fees. Pursuant to the Labour Relations Code, the Company will honor any written assignment of wages by an employee to the Union on approved form, such initiation fees as may be established by the Union in accordance with its Constitution and/or By-Laws. Such deduction shall be made from wages due to the employee in the pay period which contains the 24th calendar day of the month after notice of the assignment is given to the Company.
