Initiation Fee. There may be a one-time initiation fee which Member and/or Buyer shall be required to pay upon execution of the agreement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions with CHICAGO FIT VENTURES, LLC or as otherwise agreed to by CHICAGO FIT VENTURES, LLC This fee will change from time to time at CHICAGO FIT VENTURES, LLC’s discretion. This fee is nonrefundable. Resignation from CHICAGO FIT VENTURES, LLC shall not terminate the obligation to pay the initiation fee in full. There will be no further initiation fee as long as the Membership has not terminated or expired.
