Initial Interviews Sample Clauses

The 'Initial Interviews' clause establishes the requirement and process for conducting preliminary discussions or assessments with candidates or parties involved in an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for arranging the interviews, the criteria for selecting participants, and the timeframe within which these interviews should occur. By formalizing the initial interview process, the clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of expectations and procedures, thereby promoting fairness and transparency in the selection or evaluation process.
