INFORMATION TO EMPLOYEES. 6:06 The Employer agrees to inform all new employees that a Collective Agreement is in effect. The collective agreement will be posted on the University’s Human Resources & Equity website and a link to said website will be provided to all employees in the bargaining unit. The University will provide the Union with an electronic copy and one hundred (100) printed copies of the agreement.
