INFORMATION TO EMPLOYEES. 10.01 There shall be only one (1) employee personnel file per employee to be held in the Human Resources Section. Upon request by an employee to the Human Resources Section, the Employer shall allow the employee to view his/her personnel file and provide him/her with a copy of any document on the file requested by the employee.
