Information Provided By the County or Others. The County agrees to provide to Engineer all available information necessary to perform duties as outlined in the attached scope of services. The County shall furnish, at the County’s expense, all information, requirements, reports, data, surveys, and instructions required. Engineer is entitled to rely on the accuracy and completeness of all such information provided. The County shall furnish right-of-way entry onto the project site for Engineer to perform necessary field measurements or studies.
