Information privacy and security shall be governed by the "Data Sharing Agreement and Business Associate Agreement Terms and Conditions", identified as DSK%107571, as amended, or the applicable successive Data Sharing Agreement executed by the Parties, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
