Information; Books and Accounts. The Fiscal Agent shall provide to the Agency such information relating to the Bonds and the funds and accounts maintained by the Fiscal Agent hereunder as the Agency shall reasonably request, including but not limited to quarterly statements reporting funds held and transactions by the Fiscal Agent. The Fiscal Agent will keep, or cause to be kept, proper books of record and accounts, separate from all other records and accounts of the Fiscal Agent, in which complete and correct entries shall be made of all transactions made by it relating to the payment of Debt Service on the Bonds and to the disbursement of amounts from the Bond Fund, the Improvement Fund, the Costs of Issuance Fund and the Reserve Fund. Such books of record and accounts shall, upon reasonable notice, at all times during business hours on any Business Day be subject to the inspection of the Agency and the Owners of not less than ten percent (10%) of the principal amount of the Bonds then Outstanding, or their representatives duly authorized in writing.

The information provided pursuant to this Section 7.02 will be used solely for the purpose of effecting the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and will be governed by all the terms and conditions of the Confidentiality Agreement.
