Consultant’s Books and Records. Consultant shall maintain any and all documents and records demonstrating or relating to Consultant’s performance of services pursuant to this Agreement for a minimum of three years after termination or expiration of this Agreement, or longer if required by law.
a. c. District has the right to acquire custody of such records by written request if Consultant decides to dissolve or terminate its business. Consultant shall deliver or cause to be delivered all such records and documents to District within sixty (60) days of receipt of the request.
