Informal Observation/Classroom Walkthrough Procedure. A. A walkthrough is an unannounced classroom visit of not less than five (5) minutes and not more than fifteen (15) minutes. A minimum of three (3) and a maximum of fifteenfifteen (15) walkthroughs will be completed per cycle. An Improvement Plan may allow for more than fifteen (15) walkthroughs per cycle. B. Data gathered from walkthroughs will be documented and will be sent to the teacher within twenty-four (24) hours via the District’s email.
