Common use of Ineligible Contractors and Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

Ineligible Contractors and Subcontractors. Any name appearing upon the Comptroller General’s list of ineligible contractors for federally assisted contracts shall be ineligible to act as a subcontractor for Contractor pursuant to this Contract. If Contractor is on the Comptroller General’s list of ineligible contractors for federally financed or assisted construction, STA shall cancel, terminate, or suspend this Contract.
