INDUCEMENT TO LANDLORD. Guarantor acknowledges and agrees that the execution and delivery of this Guaranty by Guarantor to Landlord has served as a material inducement to Landlord to execute and deliver the Lease, and Guarantor further acknowledges and agrees that but for the execution and delivery of this Guaranty by Guarantor, Landlord would not have executed and delivered the Lease.
INDUCEMENT TO LANDLORD. Guarantor acknowledges and agrees that the execution and delivery of this Guaranty by Guarantor to PSLT-ALS Holdings has served as a material inducement to PSLT-ALS Holdings to execute and deliver the Agreement Regarding Leases, and Guarantor further acknowledges and agrees that but for the execution and delivery of this Guaranty by Guarantor, PSLT-ALS Holdings would not have executed and delivered the Agreement Regarding Leases.
INDUCEMENT TO LANDLORD. Guarantor acknowledges that this Guaranty is given to induce Landlord to enter into the Lease and to extend credit to Tenant which would not be extended except in reliance upon this Guaranty.

Guarantor acknowledges and agrees that the execution and delivery of this Guaranty by Guarantor to VRLP has served as a material inducement to VRLP to execute and deliver the Agreement Regarding Leases, and Guarantor further acknowledges and agrees that but for the execution and delivery of this Guaranty by Guarantor, VRLP would not have executed and delivered the Agreement Regarding Leases.
INDUCEMENT TO LANDLORD. Guarantor acknowledges and agrees that the execution and delivery of this Guaranty and Agreement by Guarantor to PSLT-BLC Holdings has served as a material inducement to PSLT-BLC Holdings to execute and deliver the Agreement Regarding Leases, and Guarantor further acknowledges and agrees that but for the execution and delivery of this Guaranty and Agreement by Guarantor, PSLT-BLC Holdings would not have executed and delivered the Agreement Regarding Leases.
INDUCEMENT TO LANDLORD. (g) (i) The accuracy of the representations and warranties of the Tenant and of Clearfield contained in the Representations and Warranties Section herein, and in the documents delivered by such parties to the Landlord, (ii) the Security Deposit made under this Agreement, and (iii) the Term (as defined below), constitute the essential terms that have induced the Landlord to lease the Leased Property to the Tenant, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
INDUCEMENT TO LANDLORD. Guarantor acknowledges that in entering into the Lease, Landlord is relying on Guarantor's agreements contained in this Guaranty, and on Guarantor's creditworthiness and that this Guaranty is given to induce Landlord to enter into the Lease. Guarantor acknowledges that Landlord would not have entered into the Lease without Guarantor's guarantee of the Obligations pursuant to the terms hereof.
