Essential Terms definition

Essential Terms means the terms of grant of Options set out in the Schedule;

More Definitions of Essential Terms

Essential Terms means all terms and conditions of transaction confirmation and other relevant operations agreed upon by the parties upon acceptance by the Company of the Client assignment. Essential conditions shall at least include the following: • Date of transaction; • Date of settlement; • Type of assignment (buy, sell, assignment with price limit, assigement valid until its cancellation, etc.); • Issuer; • Type of securities; • Value of securities (the value of securities may be fixed as a percentage of the nominal value); • Total nominal value and/or number of securities (whichever is available); • The amount to be paid (including the company's remuneration).
