Common use of Independent Research Clause in Contracts

Independent Research. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as to limit the freedom of individuals participating in this work, whether paid under this Agreement or not, to engage in similar inquiries made independently under other grants, contracts or agreements with parties other than Sponsor.
