Independent Research. Except as expressly provided for herein or in the Collaboration Agreement, each party acknowledges and agrees that Fuso and GenVec shall have the right to engage in their own research and development activities outside the Research Program. Neither party shall, by virtue of this Agreement, have any right, title or interest in or to such independent activities or to the income or profits derived therefrom.

You understand that you are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity, legitimacy, identity, and any other details and information about any Digital Collectible, collection, or account that you view or otherwise interact with relating to or arising from our Service.
