Common use of Indemnification Notification Clause in Contracts

Indemnification Notification. The Union agrees to notify the Employer in writing of any revision of the current monthly Union dues and/or general assessments. The Union further agrees to indemnify the Employer with regard to the check off, collection and remittance of dues and/or general assessments to the Union.
