Income Reporting will provide Calpaca with a Tax Payer ID or Social Security Number in order for Calpaca to submit the requisite income report to the appropriate State and Federal Agencies. By for Calpaca Date:
Income Reporting. The Province will provide the Trustee with appropriate W-9 forms for tax identification number certifications, or W-8 forms for non-resident alien certifications. It is understood that the Trustee shall only be responsible for income reporting with respect to income earned on the Payment Account, the Debt Service Reserve Account, the Extraordinary Royalties Prepayment Account and the Trigger Event Prepayment Account and will not be responsible for any other reporting. This paragraph shall survive notwithstanding any termination of this Indenture or the resignation or removal of the Trustee.

No other method of reporting is acceptable unless agreed to by the Parties in writing. Failure to report all sales pursuant to this provision may result in immediate cancellation of Vendor’s TIPS Contract(s) for cause at TIPS’ sole discretion.

  • Accounting and Financial Reporting 6.1. The Bank shall maintain separate records and ledger accounts in respect of the Contributions deposited in the Trust Fund account and disbursements made therefrom.
