INCIDENT/ACCIDENT REPORTING. Any significant incident/accident (e.g. injury to student, property destruction, unusual behavior, elopement off campus) that does not warrant a Behavior Emergency Report (see Section 30) shall be documented in either a Special Incident Report or accident report. CONTRACTOR shall electronically submit the report no later than the next business day and by U.S. Mail within 7 calendar days, to the LEA/SELPA case manager. CONTRACTOR shall properly submit required accident or incident reports pursuant to the procedures specified in LEA Procedures.
