Incentives and Penalties. A. A bargaining unit member will be eligible for a physical fitness incentive if he or she completes all three (3) required assessments (run, pushups, and sit-ups) at or above the thirtieth (30th) percentile of the Standards based on their age and gender. The incentive will be awarded based on the lowest passing percentile of all three (3) required assessments.
