Term of Contract and Guarantees. Term of Contract This Agreement is effective from March 1, 2012 and shall remain in effect during the term of the Wholesale Water Supply Contract (December 31, 2062), so long as the Utility uses the Northwest Sub-regional System to receive water from Seattle. Seattle may assign all or a portion of its rights and obligations under this Agreement to another public utility in the event Seattle transfers ownership of all or a portion of the assets identified in Exhibit A. Agreement to Wheel Water Seattle agrees to facilitate delivery of water pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Wholesale Water Supply Contract by wheeling water from the Seattle Regional Transmission System through the Northwest Sub-regional System to the Utility’s Points of Delivery, as more particularly described in Exhibit C.
