Incentive paid vacation time/pay. An employee who has been a regular employee for one full year and who actually works a certain minimum number of days (based upon their total scheduled work days), shall earn additional vacation time (if an 11 or 12 month employee), or additional pay (if less than an 11 month employee), as set forth below in the following schedule:
