In Charge Pay. Any employee assigned by the Employer as “in-charge” shall receive fifty cents ($.50) per hour over the regular rate of pay. An employee is “in charge” if he/she is expected to provide advice and work instructions to other employees on a night or weekend shift when managers are not regularly scheduled to work but does not otherwise act as a lead.
