ILLEGAL SIGNS. Any sign that is deemed not to be in conformance with the approved guidelines or erected without government approval or permits is considered an illegal sign. The Owner may, at its sole discretion, correct, replace or remove any illegal sign.

ILLEGAL SIGNS. Any person who constructs, displays, maintains, permits or requests any person to construct, display, or maintain any of the following prohibited signs on property under their control commits an offense under this article:

  • Illegal Drugs A. The use or possession of an illegal drug or controlled substance by an employee on duty is cause for suspension or termination, and/or referral for criminal prosecution.
