  • Related Party Transactions There are no business relationships or related party transactions involving the Company or any other person required to be described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus that have not been described as required.

If applicable, the Contractor must maintain and honor each MRCL for the entire term of OASIS SB. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS SB CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their internal corporate relationships or commitments and provide the reasons for the change. If applicable, the Contractor’s MRCLs are incorporated by reference into the OASIS SB contract and the OASIS Program Office will provide MRCLs for the OCO upon request.
