Identification of Authorized Manufacturers. Licensee shall identify to Licensing Company the corporate name, principal place of business and registered office of each and every Authorized Manufacturer. Licensee shall further identify to Licensing Company, via the Website, any third party or Licensee Affiliate that ceases to be an Authorized Manufacturer. Such information shall be provided via the Website in the manner prescribed by Licensing Company.
