In the event the Competitive Supplier is unable to deliver sufficient electricity to the grid to serve Participating Consumers, the Competitive Supplier shall utilize such arrangements as may be necessary to continue to serve Participating Consumers under the terms of this ESA, and shall bear any costs it may incur in carrying out these obligations.
