Exclusion Request definition

Exclusion Request means a written request to be excluded from a sweepstakes promotion mailing list or to be placed on a list of persons to whom sweepstakes pro- motions may not be mailed.
Exclusion Request means a request to opt out of the Certified Class by any Unnotified General Class Member or a request to opt-out of the portion of the settlement allocated to Meal and Rest Period Claims by any Member of the Meal and Rest Period Settlement Sub-Class.

More Definitions of Exclusion Request

Exclusion Request means the written notice that may be provided by Class Members to exclude themselves (or “opt out”) from the Settlement, consistent with Section K of this Stipulation. Exclusion Requests must be personally signed and delivered to the Settlement Administrator by the Class Member, and must be received by the Settlement Administrator no later than sixty (60) days after the Notice Date.
Exclusion Request means a request to opt out of the Settlement Class by Settlement Class Members pursuant to Sections IV and VIII of this Agreement.
