HOUSE FUND.
A. All members of the bargaining Unit shall, on a voluntary basis, be enrolled as members of the House Fund and have a monthly fee for such fund deducted from their payroll. Employees shall hold the District harmless for House Fund provisions.
B. The House Fund for this Bargaining Unit shall be determined/agreed to by the Union/ Administration.

B. Employees temporarily assigned to day assignment shall continue to contribute their Bargaining Unit’s House Fund amount but the Day House Fund amount shall be deducted from that amount. For example, if the Station House Fund amount is $25.00 and the Administration House Fund amount is $5.00 then $20.00 shall go to the Station House Fund and the $5.00 shall go to the Administration House Fund.
C. For the duration of this contract, there shall be an inflation rate of one dollar ($1.00) per year to be collected on a monthly basis. For example: 1st Year: $25.00 + $1.00 = $26.00 2nd Year: $26.00 + $1.00 = $27.00
HOUSE FUND. Each member shall, in addition to any other deductions, have an amount verified to the Finance Department by the employee organization deducted from his pay on the second bi-weekly pay of the month. This money shall be paid to the House Fund.
HOUSE FUND. Each member of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Township Fire Department shall, in addition to any other deductions, have an amount verified to the Finance Department by the employee association deducted from his or her bi-weekly pay. This money shall be directly deposited in to the House Fund account.

The parties agree that upon certification of the Association that it has and will maintain employee’s written authorization, the Department will deduct dues as established by the Association from the salaries of its members. The sums so withheld shall be remitted by the Department, without delay, along with a list of the employees who have had said dues deducted. Such dues deductions shall continue so long as they are modified in accordance with the process outlined below.
