Fund Account definition

Fund Account means the bank account and the fund settlement reserve account that maintain the Entrusted Assets.
Fund Account means, in respect of a Fund, the account denominated in euro opened by the EIB in its books for the purpose of managing the Contributions Paid.
Fund Account refers to the bank account opened by Party B in the name of Party A and used exclusively for the deposit of entrusted investment funds and the settlement of entrusted investment business. The name of such Fund Account is “Account of XX of China Life Asset Management Company Limited Entrusted by China Life Insurance Company Limited”.

  • In the case of commencement or termination of this Agreement with respect to any Fund during any calendar month, the fee with respect to such Fund for that month shall be reduced proportionately based upon the number of calendar days during which it is in effect, and the fee shall be computed based on the average daily net assets of the Fund Account for the days during which it is in effect.

Fund Account means any contractual or other business relationship between the Funds and a Fund Customer, defined below, established to effect transactions in securities issued by the Fund, including the purchase and sale of such securities.
