Common use of Hours of Use Clause in Contracts

Hours of Use. The zoo is open from April 1st through October 31st annually: April 1st through the Friday prior to Memorial Day from 10 am to 4 pm (entrance gate closes at 3 pm) Memorial Day through Labor Day from 10 am to 5 pm (entrance gate closes at 4 pm) After Labor Day from 10 am to 4 pm (entrance gate closes at 3 pm) LEGAL: You will comply with all laws of the United States and the State of Indiana and with all ordinances of the city of Michigan City, and all Washington Zoo rules and regulations and will not permit anything to be done on said premises in violation thereof. ALCOHOL: The consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited in Washington Park Zoo.
