Hours of Rest. After completing a shift, employees must have eight (8) consecutive hours of rest before commencing their next shift. Notwithstanding the above, in the event an employee works more than one (1) shift in a day, not exceeding a total of eight (8) hours, the employee shall receive eight (8) consecutive hours of rest before commencing their next shift.
