OPERATOR DUTIES. An operator's duties shall consist of operator-related work such as exchange of buses, operation of relief vehicles, completion of mandatory California Highway Patrol forms, required paperwork, providing passengers with information and timing runs. Should SunLine overnight buses at a satellite location, operator's duties will be open to meet and confer. The operator may also be assigned, on a temporary basis, duties as designated by SunLine so long as such assignment is not demeaning or in the jurisdiction of the traditional maintenance duties at SunLine. Dispatch shall post a sign-up sheet for extra duties (other than driving a bus) when such duties become available. Work will be assigned to the most senior operator who is not otherwise assigned regular work for the times these extra duties are available as long as overtime is not required. Such work shall be rotated by seniority and shall not be work normally assigned to any classification listed in Article G-29.

OPERATOR DUTIES. When a meet is requested, an affected operator shall make a reasonable effort to attend the meet at the proposed date and time, or contact the excavator before the meet and reschedule for a mutually agreed date and time.
OPERATOR DUTIES. The Company shall be managed by one operator (the “Operator”). The initial Operator appointed by the Board shall be HCAC, an Affiliate of HCAC or some other Person selected by HCAC in respect of all Programs, including Exploration programs, Development and Studies programs, Construction programs and Mining activities, and all cash calls and Programs and Budgets with respect thereto, in each case under the supervision or direction of the Board. Any increase or decrease in the number of Operators, and the appointment of any Operator, shall be approved by Representatives whose appointing Shareholders hold 50% or more of the Company Shares. The HCAC-appointed Operator will resign if HCAC’s Percentage Interest falls below 50%. OPERATOR DUTIES. The duties of the Operator will be those incident to the operation of the equipment to which he is assigned. He shall grease the equipment he operates when an oiler, greaser or mechanic is not employed. He shall not be assigned to work as an oiler or apprentice. Should he be required by his Employer to grease, maintain, repair or operate his machine before starting time, he shall be paid minimum of one half (½) hour of contractual overtime for such work. He may be permitted to take this machine out of production at the employer's discretion at a given time during the afternoon to again grease for the afternoon work. Should such greasing or repairs involve overtime, he shall be paid therefor.

  • Administrator Duties The Administrator has a duty to perform or observe all tasks to be performed or observed by the Administrator contained in this Agreement or otherwise.
