Common use of Hours of Opening Clause in Contracts

Hours of Opening. The premises shall not be used for licensable activities except between the hours of 08.00 a.m. and 23.00 p.m. (Monday to Saturday) and 12.00 noon to 21.00 p.m. (Sunday) unless special permission has been issued by North Hertfordshire District Council and by the Management Committee. NOTWITHSTANDING THE LICENSED HOURS THE HALL COMMITTEE WILL NOT PERMIT THE HALL TO BE USED AFTER 10.30 P.M. WITHOUT SPECIAL WRITTEN PERMISSION
