HOURS AND SCHEDULING. 18.1 During the non-water season, the District Manager shall establish as near as is possible, a forty-hour (40) five (5) day workweek (Monday through Friday). During the water season, employees will be scheduled to work overtime on Saturdays during the week on a rotating schedule. However, if an employee is sick and/or on vacation during that work week, vacation and/or sick time hours will be used (as appropriate) to reach forty (40) hours of pay for that work week.
