Common use of Hourly Clause in Contracts

Hourly. The District shall compensate the Contractor for the work outlined in the Scope of Services at an hourly rate of $ , with a maximum limit of hours of work, or an amount not to exceed , as authorized under the terms of this contract. All invoices submitted for work performed shall identify the hours of work performed, the dates upon which such services have been performed, and the nature of the services performed in the hours identified. Payments shall be made based upon approved invoices on a monthly basis. The Contractor agrees to submit invoices for any authorized costs and expenses incurred by the tenth (10th) day of each month.
