Hourly. Services sold under an “Hourly” pricing model will be designated on an order by a “Project” interval at an hourly rate for an estimated number of hours. We will deliver these Services at your request on a time and materials basis during the twelve (12) month period beginning on the effective date of the order; the number of hours that we actually deliver may vary from the estimated number of hours listed on the order. For clarity, these types of Services are not provided on a fixed-fee basis and we do not guarantee completion of deliverables within a specific number of hours. If the parties anticipate that the hours to be delivered will exceed the estimated hours set forth on the order, we will request your approval to exceed the estimate and will not deliver those excess hours until we receive your approval; such approval may be provided by email or in an executed change order. We will invoice you periodically for hours delivered and expenses we incur while providing the Services.
Hourly. JCFS hourly employees shall be entitled to the following number of total paid personal days per year:
Hourly. A teacher whose teaching assignment is not full time and who teaches in the Homebound program. Rates of pay for hourly teachers shall be paid in accordance with Article IX, Section 2, Subd. 6 and 8.

5. Full-time hourly teachers with degrees and appropriate certification shall be eligible for summer and night school positions for which they are licensed.
6. Teachers of ABE, ESL, and GED classes must have a college degree.
7. Transfer rules and employment rights to regular teaching positions shall be governed by this Article. (See ABE/GED, Section H, for ABE/GED system- wide department.)
8. Teachers hired from outside the bargaining unit must possess at least a college degree unless the position is comparable to a trades and industry position.
Hourly. Notwithstanding the above, the Artist may only be engaged on an hourly basis to choreograph limited fight or stunt choreography which can be appropriately set and rehearsed in no more than two (2) calls (i.e. a punch, slap, or fall). An Artist engaged on an hourly basis may be called on more than two (2) days, however the primary purpose of the third and subsequent days must be to review and/or rehearse choreography that was set at the first two (2) calls.

Hourly a. A unit member who is regularly scheduled to work on a day designated as a holiday shall receive holiday pay at his or her basic hourly straight time rate times the number of hours regularly scheduled on that day.
b. Holiday pay is in lieu of other paid leave which a unit member might otherwise be entitled on the unit member's holiday.
c. A unit member required by the Academy to work a holiday will be paid the basic hourly straight time rate for each hour worked in addition to the holiday pay to which the unit member is entitled as above described except that on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day the unit member shall be entitled to a premium rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times the basic hourly straight time rate for each hour worked in addition to the holiday pay as above described.
d. A unit member who has worked on a holiday may choose to take compensatory time off in lieu of cash payment. Such compensatory time will be granted on the basis of one and one-half (1 1/2) hours off for each hour of holiday worked.
e. When a holiday falls on a day when a unit member is not regularly scheduled to work, the unit member shall receive holiday pay for the day for a number of hours equal to the length of his or her average regularly scheduled work day at his or her regular straight time rate. The length of the average regularly scheduled work day shall be computed by dividing the number of hours in the unit member's regularly scheduled work week by five (5). Holiday pay paid to unit members for hours they are not scheduled to work on the holiday shall not be counted in the computation of overtime. The Academy may choose to grant compensatory time in lieu of such payment.
