Hourly Clause Samples

The "Hourly" clause establishes that compensation for services will be calculated based on the number of hours worked at a specified hourly rate. In practice, this means the service provider tracks their time and invoices the client according to the actual hours spent on the project or task, often with provisions for reporting or approval of hours. This clause ensures transparent and fair payment for work performed, accommodating variable workloads and providing flexibility for both parties.
