Common use of Hourly Rate of Pay for Extra-Duty Assignments Clause in Contracts

Hourly Rate of Pay for Extra-Duty Assignments. Employees who are asked to perform compensated extra duties by the District shall be paid at the hourly contract rate which is listed in the Salary Schedule in Exhibit A-1. Beginning in the 2018-19 school year and thereafter, the hourly rate shall increase by the same percentage increase applied to the salary schedules, with the total amount rounded to the nearest quarter dollar ($0.25).
