Hour Personnel. Normal hours of duty for forty (40) hour personnel shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except for emergencies and agreed upon flex time. If there is a need to change shift schedules for a period of time the City shall be allowed to do so and will give reasonable notice of the change. These changes shall be for a minimum of five (5) working days unless otherwise agreed to by the City and the Association.
