Common use of Hot Spot Reporting Clause in Contracts

Hot Spot Reporting. Each member agrees they may be required to report to the Sector Manager any and all areas of high bycatch of any sort, including undersized regulated species, areas of spawning fish, and/or any stock for which the Sector or the Member is approaching their threshold. Upon receiving a hot spot report, the Sector Manager may alert other member vessels to stay away from those particular areas.
