Home Resort Priority Period. The “Home Resort Priority Period” is designed to support a Member’s use of Floating or Fixed Vacation Time at his/her Home Resort. During this period, Exchange Requests of Vacation Time in the Home Resort are available on a first-come, first-served basis exclusively to Members who have Deposited Vacation Time at that Home Resort and must be made for the full week. The Home Resort Priority Period begins 365 days and ends 335 days (approximately 12 to 11 months) in advance of the start date of the relevant Vacation Time. A Home Resort Priority Period Exchange Request must be for the same unit type, season, and number of Points using only those Points allotted in the current Use Year for the Vacation Time used to make the Exchange Request. If the week requested is different than what the Member owns (for example unit type or season or in the case of Fixed Vacation Time a different week) or the number of Points required to book the vacation differs from the number of Points allocated to the Member’s account for that Use Year, or the Member uses Points other than those allocated in the Use Year of the requested vacation, additional fees will apply.

Home Resort Priority Period. The Home Resort Priority Period is designed to support a Full Member’s use of Accommodation at his Home Resort. During this period, Reservations of Accommodation in the Home Resort are available on a first come first served basis with only Full Members who Deposited Accommodation at that Home Resort eligible to make a Reservation. The Home Resort Priority Period is 365 days to 335 days (approximately 12 to 11 months) in advance of the start date of the relevant Accommodation. If a Member makes a week-long Home Resort Priority Reservation at an Affiliated Resort where that Member deposited Floating Time and the Reservation is during his floating use period, then the Member will use his entire allocation of RCI Points arising out of that Accommodation to make that Reservation.

  • OPERATION OF PROPERTY DURING AGREEMENT PERIOD The Seller will continue to operate the Property and any business conducted on the Property in the manner operated prior to the Agreement and will take no action that would adversely impact the Property, tenants, lender, or business, if any. Any changes, such as renting vacant space, that materially affects the Property or the Buyer's intended use will be permitted only with the Buyer's consent.

  • RETAILER OF LAST RESORT EVENT If we are no longer entitled by law to sell energy to you due to a Retailer of Last Resort (RoLR) event occurring in relation to us, we are required under the National Energy Retail Law and the Rules to provide relevant information (including your name, billing address and metering identifier) to the entity appointed as the relevant designated retailer for the RoLR event and this contract will come to an end.

  • Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.

  • TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 1.01 Except where otherwise stated in this Collective Agreement, this Collective Agreement shall be in force and effect from and after the date upon which the Union and the Employer exchange notice of ratification by their respective principals of the terms of this Collective Agreement up to and including June 30, 2020 and from year to year thereafter unless notice, in writing, is given by either Party to the other Party not less than sixty (60) calendar days nor more than one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days prior to the expiration of its desire to amend this Collective Agreement.

  • PROHIBITION ON CONTRACTING WITH ENTITIES USING CERTAIN TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT (Effective Aug. 13, 2020 and as amended October 26, 2020) Pursuant to 2 CFR 200.216, Contractor shall not offer equipment, services, or system that use covered telecommunications equipment or services as a substantial or essential component of any system, or as critical technology as part of any system. ‘‘Covered telecommunications equipment or services means 1) telecommunications equipment produced by Huawei Technologies Company or ZTE Corporation (or any subsidiary or affiliate of such entities); 2) for the purpose of public safety, security of government facilities, physical security surveillance of critical infrastructure, and other national security purposes, video surveillance and telecommunications equipment produced by Hytera Communications Corporation, Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Company, or Dahua Technology Company (or any subsidiary or affiliate of such entities);

  • Drawings Submitted During the Contract Term Where required to develop maintain and deliver diagrams or other technical schematics regarding the scope of work, Contractor shall do so on an ongoing basis at no additional charge, and must, as a condition of payment, update drawings and plans during the Contract term to reflect additions, alterations, and deletions. Such drawings and diagrams shall be delivered to the Authorized User’s representative.

  • Where one Contracting Party or its designated agency has guaranteed any indemnity against non-commercial risks in respect of an investment by any of its investors in the territory of the other Contracting Party and has made payment to such investors in respect of their claims under this Agreement, the other Contracting Party agrees that the first Contracting Party or its designated agency is entitled by virtue of subrogation to exercise the rights and assert the claims of those investors. The subrogated rights or claims shall not exceed the original rights or claims of such investors.

  • OFFSET CREDIT/COOPERATION This Contract has been entered into in direct support of LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x international offset programs. All offset benefit credits resulting from this Contract are the sole property of LOCKHEED XXXXXX to be applied to the offset program of its choice. SELLER shall assist LOCKHEED XXXXXX in securing appropriate offset credits from the respective country government authorities.
