Bin. A metal container, with a capacity of one (1) to eight (8) cubic yards of 140 Construction and Demolition Debris, designed or intended to be mechanically dumped into a 141 loader packer type truck that is approved for such purpose by the CITY.
Bin. May be used to refer to a Garbage Bin, Organics Bin or Recycling Bin.
