HOME CARE VIA PARTNER WEBSITE. We shall indemnify You in respect of the cost incurred for the following services at Your Building up to the limit stated in the Schedule. This benefit is only applicable if the service is acquired from Partner Website as stated in the Schedule for the following categories: • Termites or Bed Bugs Pest Control; and • Disinfection service in the event You or any of Your Family member(s) is/are infected with a notifiable disease or illness. For purpose of this provision, the term “notifiable disease or illness” shall mean a disease or illness sustained by You or any of Your Family member(s) due to any infectious or contagious disease resulting from human to human transmission [excluding all Sexual - ly Transmitted Disease and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS)] which the relevant public authority has stipulated and is to be notified to the relevant public authority. This benefit shall cease upon one (1) valid claim made. You agree that the chosen service provider for any of the services or repair works mentioned above is entirely at Your discretion and We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the service provider in carrying out services or repair works mentioned above. (Applicable for SECTION V - LANDLORD INSURANCE) This Section applies, where You have rented Your Building to a tenant.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Branding for Operator Call Processing and Directory Assistance 8.4.1 BellSouth's branding feature provides a definable announcement to Telepak Networks end users using Directory Assistance (DA)/ Operator Call Processing (OCP) prior to placing such end users in queue or connecting them to an available operator or automated operator system. This feature allows Telepak Networks’ name on whose behalf BellSouth is providing Directory Assistance and/or Operator Call Processing. Rates for the branding features are set forth in Exhibit D.
