MALICIOUS DAMAGE BY TENANT Sample Clauses
The 'Malicious Damage by Tenant' clause defines the tenant's responsibility for any intentional or reckless damage they cause to the property. This clause typically requires tenants to repair or pay for repairs to any damage resulting from their deliberate actions, such as vandalism or destruction of fixtures, rather than normal wear and tear. Its core function is to protect the landlord's property by holding tenants accountable for purposeful harm, thereby deterring such behavior and ensuring the property is maintained in good condition.
