Holder's details verification process - additional instructions o The verification process will include at least an email sent by the Registrar to the holder and its contacts, as well as an attempt to contact them by phone. For this purpose the Registrar will use all contact details of the holder and its contacts in its possession, even if such details are not published to the general public. o If the holder did not reply and/or correct the incorrect / fictitious details, the Registrar will contact the holder once more after seven (7) days from the Registrar's initial approach to the holder. o As part of its approach to the holder for verification of the above details, the Registrar will inform the holder that a complaint was filed with ISOC- IL, according to which the registration details of the domain name, or any of them, are incorrect / fictitious. o The Registrar will notify the holder that if it does not respond to the inquiry, or refuses to update his details, ISOC-IL may order the deletion of the domain name in accordance with section 23 to the registration rules. o Where the details of the holder or its contacts are invalid or not up to date, they must be updated and replaced with accurate details. Where the holder's identity is false or incorrect, the holder must also provide the Registrar with a reason and any other explanation for that fact. o Within 15 days from the complaint submission notice, the Registrar will provide ISOC-IL with a written notification which will include full findings of the holder's details verification process, by replying to ISOC-IL's complaint submission notice (“results of the inquiry”).

  • Selling Stockholders’ Documents On the date hereof, the Company and the Selling Stockholders shall have furnished for review by the Representatives copies of the Powers of Attorney and Custody Agreements executed by each of the Selling Stockholders and such further information, certificates and documents as the Representatives may reasonably request.

  • Master’s Degree Transcripts must be submitted showing the actual completion of the degree requirements, or a transcript plus certification that requirements have been met and the degree will be granted on a specific date. Master’s Degrees other than in the field of education are acceptable only if they are in or relevant to the member’s current subject area of teaching. Examples of degrees relevant to a member’s current subject area would be political science for social studies teachers, engineering for industrial arts teachers, reading, or counseling degrees for all teachers. Approval of degrees in areas other than the member’s current teaching assignment will be at the discretion of the District and will be granted based upon the program needs of the District. Specifically excluded are degrees in fields unrelated to the member’s assignment, such as business degrees for elementary teachers except in response to a specific District program need, and degrees in law and religion.

  • Exculpation Among Purchasers The Purchaser acknowledges that it is not relying upon any Person, other than the Company and its officers and directors, in making its investment or decision to invest in the Company. Do not insure or declare value on shipments beyond F.O.B point. When a shipment is subject to freight rates dependent upon value, annotate the xxxx of lading, air xxxx or express receipt to show that the shipment is released at the maximum value which applies to the lowest rate provided in applicable tariffs. Consolidate all shipments to be forwarded on one day. Articles furnished in excess of the quantity specified or in excess of quantity ordered will be retained by Buyer at no additional cost, unless Seller notifies Buyer within 30 days after shipment that it desires the return thereof. Seller will reimburse Buyer for the full cost of returning such over shipment or a minimum charge to $50, whichever is higher. No notification will be given to Seller of any over shipment. Mail original and two duplicate invoices to Buyer’s accounting Department when articles are shipped. STATE SHIPPING POINT ON ALL INVOICES. Each case or parcel and accompanying packing list of contents must show Buyer’s Purchase Order number. Seller shall label all packages according to Buyer’s bar coding requirements. If no packing List accompanies the shipment, Buyers count will be conclusive to Seller.
