Hold Harmless Clause. The resident agrees to hold harmless Fort Xxxx State University and officers, employees, and agents from, and to indemnify them for, any claims for damages indemnify them for, including claims for negligence, as a result of property damage, bodily injury, illness or death of the resident from any cause, or any other person as a result of actions or inactions of the resident. Fort Xxxx State University is not liable for property belonging to the resident which may be lost, stolen, or damaged in any way wherever this may occur on the premises.
