Health & Welfare Benefits. 5.1 Group Health Plans Group Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Plans will be made available to eligible unit members, spouses, and their dependent children, and other dependents authorized for coverage under the available insurance plans. In order for a unit member to be eligible for group insurance benefits, the unit member must be employed in a position requiring a minimum of fifty percent (50%) contract for at least one semester (Refer to Article 8.3.1.3 for job share).
