Health Spending Account. 20.7.1 On January 1, the Board will contribute an annual amount of $800 to a Health Spending Account for eligible full-time employees covered by this agreement. Eligible employees will be employees who are actively at work, on maternity leave, on paid sick leave, on extended disability or on WCB as of the first working day of the applicable calendar year.
