Health Plan Contribution. The County’s contribution to the CalPERS monthly health plan premiums for coverage hereunder shall be as provided below. Any increase in the Health Plan premium costs greater than the County’s contributions identified below occurring during the duration of this MOU shall be borne by the employee.
