Common use of Health and Welfare Increases Clause in Contracts

Health and Welfare Increases. 4.1.2.1 The Health and Welfare allowance shall be increased for employee-only Delta Dental benefits, effective October 1, 2018 and for employee-only Xxxxxx Medical effective January 1, 2019 to cover any increases for the plan year in the cost of employee-only Xxxxxx Medical and Delta Dental Premiums.
